Hong Kong Aillen and Dongguan Aillen were established, focusing on sales of core products including through-hole resistors and electrolytic capacitors.
Invested in Suzhou Xingya Resistor Factory, forming a production-sales alliance to develop specialized resistor products.
Acquired Hong Kong Xin Fujing Electrolytic Capacitor Factory (Shenzhen Longgang), officially establishing Aillen Electrolytic Capacitor Factory.
Relocated the original Shenzhen factory to Anyuan, Jiangxi Province.
Upgraded the brand image of Aillen's domestic manufacturing base. Constructed the 117,000-square-meter Aillen Industrial Park in Shatian, Dongguan, which became operational in 2020.
Acquired a metallized film capacitor factory (Aillen Shenghui) and a power inductor factory (Aishi), both relocated to Aillen Industrial Park. Entered into a strategic partnership with Dongguan Hongqiang, a well-established electrolytic capacitor manufacturer with 30 years of experience.
Established a new subsidiary, Chengdu Aillen, which secured 45 acres of industrial land in Jinniu District, Chengdu the same year. Construction commenced in 2024, with operations expected to begin in 2026.
Signed IPO advisory agreements with Sundial Law Firm and Guosen Securities, officially launching the listing process in 2025 and planning to complete internal shareholding restructuring by 2026.
Completed the business integration with Dongguan Hongqiang, forming a powerful strategic alliance.
